What We Check Before Shipment
The finished machine is compared with the approved order before packing. Inspection items follow the confirmed model and configuration, while document requirements are checked by model and destination.
STEP 01Production Specification Confirmed
The model, rated capacity, mast or working height, fork dimensions, tire type, battery or engine, and agreed attachments are recorded before production.
STEP 02Installed Configuration Checked
The finished machine is checked against the order, including its mast or platform, forks, tires, power system and attachments.
STEP 03Nameplate, Documents & Appearance
The nameplate and exterior condition are checked. Manuals and other agreed documents are collected according to the model and destination.
STEP 04Packing List & Loading Details
Attachments, separately packed items and supplied documents are matched to the packing list before packing marks and loading details are finalized.
CERTIFICATION, INSPECTION & ORDER DOCUMENTS
Confirm Compliance Requirements Before Production
Tell us where the equipment will be used and which documents your project requires. Anxing can check the requirements with you and coordinate the applicable certification, inspection and supporting documents for the selected model. Availability and procedures vary by machine, configuration, engine and destination market.
CE Requirements
For equipment intended for the EU or EEA, we can discuss the applicable CE requirements and coordinate the declaration, instructions, machine marking and other supporting documents for the confirmed model and configuration.
ISO 9001 Quality Management
Anxing can provide the relevant ISO 9001 certificate for customer review, including the certificate holder, certified scope, issuing body and validity period.
Third-Party Inspection
If independent inspection is required, we can coordinate with SGS or another inspection provider agreed with the customer. The inspection scope, timing and acceptance criteria should be confirmed before the order enters production.
U.S. EPA Engine Requirements
For nonroad diesel equipment intended for the United States, we can discuss a suitable engine configuration and coordinate verification of the emission label, engine family, model year and applicable EPA documentation before production.

What details do you need to recommend a suitable machine?
Tell us what the machine will handle, the maximum load weight and dimensions, required lift or working height, aisle or doorway width, ground conditions, daily operating hours, order quantity and destination country.
If you already have requirements for the battery, engine, tires, mast, forks, attachments, cabin, certification, branding or packing, include them in your inquiry.
Should I choose an electric or diesel forklift?
Choose an electric forklift for indoor use, frequent starts and stops, lower operating noise, and sites with suitable charging facilities.
A diesel forklift is generally better suited to outdoor work, longer shifts and applications where charging is inconvenient.
We also consider load capacity, travel distance, gradients, ventilation, local climate and emission requirements before recommending a power type.
When do I need a rough-terrain forklift?
A rough-terrain forklift is designed for construction sites, farms, gravel yards and other outdoor locations where the surface is uneven or unpaved.
Send us photos or videos of the site together with the load, gradients, travel distance and weather conditions. We can then review the required traction, tires, ground clearance and capacity.
Should I buy a forklift or an electric stacker?
A forklift is usually the better choice for longer travel distances, frequent loading and unloading, higher operating intensity and work across different areas of a site.
An electric stacker is often suitable for pallet stacking over shorter distances in warehouses with controlled floors and limited working space.
The correct choice depends on the pallet type, load weight, lift height, aisle width, travel distance and expected daily workload.
What OEM and ODM options does Anxing offer?
Depending on the model and order quantity, Anxing can manufacture equipment with specified colors, logos, decals, labels, manuals, packing marks and selected configuration changes.
For requests involving structural changes or new functions, our team reviews the technical requirements, development work, minimum order quantity and lead time before confirming the project.
How is the equipment prepared for export?
Before shipment, we confirm the packing method, separately packed attachments, shipping marks, destination information and loading requirements against the order.
Available export and compliance documents depend on the machine, configuration and destination market, so document requirements should be confirmed before production.
