SUPPORT REQUEST PROCESS

How We Review an After-Sales Request

  1. 01

    Verify the Equipment

We match the model, serial number, nameplate and order reference with the available equipment and configuration records.

  2. 02

    Review the Reported Issue

Our team reviews the symptoms, error codes, photos, videos, operating conditions and maintenance history, then requests any additional checks or information needed.

  3. 03

    Recommend the Next Step

Based on the available information, we provide troubleshooting guidance, help identify required parts or explain the next technical follow-up step.

Keep all follow-up messages, photos, videos and documents in the same conversation so they remain connected to the original support request. If the equipment may be unsafe to operate, stop using it until the issue has been reviewed.

AFTER-SALES SUPPORT FAQS

Frequently Asked After-Sales Questions

Can Anxing provide support after the equipment has been delivered?

Yes. Send the machine model, serial number or order reference together with a description of the assistance required. Available support will depend on the equipment record, reported issue and technical information provided.

Should I include photos and a video of the issue?

Yes. Photos should show the complete machine, nameplate and affected area. For movement problems, unusual sounds, leaks, warning indicators or intermittent faults, include a short video showing when and how the issue occurs.

Can Anxing help identify replacement parts?

Yes, when matching equipment and parts records are available. Send the machine model and serial number, a nameplate photo, clear photos of the part and its installation position, and the required quantity. Do not order or install a part until its compatibility has been confirmed.

How is a warranty request reviewed?

Warranty requests are checked against the confirmed order terms, equipment record, delivery date, operating conditions and evidence of the reported issue. Any applicable coverage or next action will be determined according to the warranty terms agreed for that specific order.
