Product and Quotation FAQs

Which types of machinery does Anxing supply?

Anxing supplies electric forklifts, diesel forklifts, rough-terrain forklifts, electric pallet stackers, self-loading stackers, mini excavators and electric scissor lifts. Browse the Anxing equipment range to view the current categories and available models.

What information should I provide for an accurate quotation?

Include the equipment category or reference model, application, required capacity, lift or working height, operating environment, access restrictions, daily operating time, required attachments, quantity and destination. You should also mention any power, branding, packing or documentation requirements. If some details are not yet confirmed, send the information available and our team will identify what still needs to be clarified.

Can Anxing help me choose a suitable model and configuration?

Yes. Our team reviews the work to be performed, required capacity or working range, site access, ground conditions, expected daily use, power requirements and attachments. We can then compare suitable equipment categories, models and available configurations. The final specification should be confirmed in the quotation or order documents before purchase.

Where can I check equipment specifications?

Use the relevant category and model pages for an initial comparison. Published values may refer to a standard or commonly available configuration, so capacity, working height, dimensions, power system, attachments and other order-specific details should be reviewed together. If a required specification is not shown, send us the model and application for confirmation.

Shipping and Document FAQs

What destination information should I provide?

Provide the destination country and port, final delivery city if applicable, preferred shipping terms and transport method, and any buyer-appointed forwarder, consignee or importer information already available. You should also send destination-specific packing marks, labels, commercial document instructions or import requirements supplied by your forwarder.

Can Anxing provide packing or loading photos?

Packing or loading photos and other shipment records can be included when requested and agreed before order confirmation. Available records depend on the equipment, packing method, loading arrangement and confirmed order scope. Review the Shipping & Delivery requirements before confirming your order.

What information is required for a freight estimate?

We need the selected machine and configuration, quantity, expected packing method, destination and preferred transport method. Freight remains an estimate until the package dimensions, route and booking basis are confirmed. The cost may change if the machine configuration, quantity, packing method, route or carrier charges change.

How is the expected delivery schedule determined?

We can provide an estimated production and dispatch schedule after the machine, configuration, quantity and order requirements have been confirmed. Transit time should be checked using the available carrier or forwarder schedule. Carrier availability, port handling, customs clearance and final delivery are affected by external conditions and may change.

After-Sales and Parts FAQs

Can Anxing provide support after the equipment has been delivered?

Yes. Depending on the equipment and available order records, support may include operation and setup questions, review of reported issues, maintenance references, parts identification and document follow-up. Send the model, serial number or order reference, a nameplate photo and a clear description of the assistance required.

Should I send photos and a video of the issue?

Yes. Photos should show the complete machine, nameplate and affected area. A short video is especially useful for movement problems, unusual sounds, leaks, warning indicators or intermittent faults. Show the operating conditions and the visible symptom as clearly as possible.

Can Anxing help identify replacement parts?

Yes, when matching equipment and parts records are available. Send the machine model and serial number, order reference if available, nameplate photo, clear photos of the part and its installation position, visible markings and the required quantity. Our team will compare the information with the available records before confirming compatibility or availability. See After-Sales Support for the complete information checklist.

How is a warranty request reviewed?

Warranty requests are reviewed against the terms confirmed for the specific order, together with the equipment record, delivery date, operating conditions, maintenance information and evidence of the reported issue. Website content does not extend or replace the warranty terms stated in the applicable quotation, contract or order documents.

OEM and Company FAQs

What OEM or ODM requirements can Anxing review?

Anxing can review equipment configuration, branding, appearance, packaging and destination-market requirements. Depending on the equipment category, available options may include capacity or working-range configurations, power systems, attachments, colors, logos, nameplates, labels, manuals, packaging and supporting documents. Feasibility depends on the machine, order quantity and technical requirements and must be confirmed before quotation. Visit our OEM & ODM Machinery Solutions page for more information.

Where can I find information about Anxing?

Visit About Anxing to learn about our company, location, main equipment categories and buyer-support process. If your purchasing process requires order-specific company or commercial information, tell our team which documents or details need to be reviewed.

How should I check certificates for a machine?

Start with the Anxing Certificate Gallery, then review the certificate holder, issuing body, applicable standard, scope, covered models, certificate number and validity dates shown on the document. Certificate availability and applicability may vary by machine, configuration and destination market, so ask our team to confirm the relevant record for the equipment being considered.
