What is the difference between a full-electric and semi-electric stacker?
A full-electric stacker uses electric power for both travel and lifting. A semi-electric model normally provides powered lifting but requires manual pushing or pulling. Full-electric models are better suited to frequent handling and longer travel.
How is an electric pallet stacker different from a forklift?
A pallet stacker is more compact and generally intended for lighter-duty, shorter-distance warehouse work. A counterbalanced forklift usually provides higher capacity, faster travel and greater versatility but requires more aisle space.
Will the stacker work with my pallets?
That depends on pallet entry direction, bottom-board design, fork dimensions and support-leg configuration. Provide pallet drawings or measurements before ordering, especially for closed-bottom pallets.
Does lifting capacity change at maximum height?
It can. Rated capacity, load center, mast height and residual capacity must be checked together. Buyers should provide both the maximum pallet weight and required stacking height.
Should I choose a walkie or ride-on stacker?
Walkie stackers are suitable for shorter travel distances and lighter warehouse traffic. Platform or ride-on models are more efficient when operators travel frequently or cover longer distances.
