What capacity and lift-height configurations are available?
Anxing offers four configurations: 1.5 ton with a 3.5 m lift, 2 ton with a 3.5 m lift, 2 ton with lifting configurations up to 6 m, and 3 ton with lifting configurations up to 6 m. Tell us your pallet weight and rack height, and we will help you narrow down the suitable model.
Should I choose the 3.5 m or the 6 m stand-on electric pallet stacker?
Choose according to your highest rack beam, pallet height, required placement clearance and working aisle. The 3.5 m models cover lower-level warehouse stacking, while the high-lift configurations are available for applications requiring greater vertical reach. Send us your racking dimensions so the selected mast can be confirmed.
Can the stacker lift its full rated capacity at 6 metres?
Rated capacity and capacity at maximum lift height are not necessarily the same. Residual capacity depends on the selected mast, load center, pallet dimensions and lift height. Anxing will confirm the applicable capacity data for the final configuration before quotation.
Is this stand-on electric pallet stacker suitable for narrow aisles?
The 3.5 m models have an overall width of 850 mm and a turning radius of 1,688 mm. The high-lift models are 880 mm wide with a listed turning radius of 1,530 mm. Actual aisle requirements must also include pallet dimensions, rack clearance and manoeuvring space.
What information should I provide when requesting a quotation?
Please provide the maximum load weight, pallet dimensions, load center, required lift height, aisle width, travel distance, daily working hours, floor conditions, local charging voltage, quantity and destination. We will use these details to recommend a configuration and prepare the quotation.
