Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: July 30, 2026

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Anxing website and related online content.

By using this website, submitting an inquiry or downloading website materials, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website.

1. Company Information

This website is operated by:

Shandong Anxing Machinery Co., Ltd.
Referred to in these Terms as “Anxing,” “we,” “our,” or “us.”

Website: www.anxingmachinery.com
Email: [email protected]
Address: Block G, Shengtai Square, Jining City, Shandong Province, China

2. Business-to-Business Website

The Anxing website is primarily intended for:

  • Importers;
  • Distributors and dealers;
  • Rental and fleet companies;
  • Contractors;
  • Project buyers;
  • Warehouse and industrial operators;
  • Other professional equipment purchasers.

Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

3. Website Information

We aim to keep website information useful and reasonably accurate. However:

  • Product specifications may change;
  • Images may show optional equipment or customized colors;
  • Specifications may differ between product platforms;
  • Dimensions and performance may vary by engine, mast, battery, tire or attachment;
  • Certificate and document availability may vary by model, configuration, model year and destination;
  • Packaging, loading quantity and delivery estimates may change after configuration confirmation.

Website content is for general product information and does not by itself constitute a binding commercial offer, guarantee or technical specification.

4. Product Inquiries and Recommendations

Any recommendation is based on the information supplied by the buyer.

The buyer should provide accurate details including:

  • Intended application;
  • Load or material;
  • Required capacity;
  • Lift height, digging depth or working height;
  • Access and site dimensions;
  • Ground or surface conditions;
  • Daily operating hours;
  • Requested attachments;
  • Quantity;
  • Destination;
  • Applicable regulatory or document requirements.

Anxing is not responsible for an unsuitable recommendation caused by incomplete, inaccurate or withheld information.

5. Quotations

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

  • Quotations are estimates based on the information available at the time;
  • A quotation is valid only for the stated validity period;
  • Prices may change if specifications, quantities, exchange rates, raw-material costs, freight, taxes or destination requirements change;
  • Freight quotations may change before booking;
  • Availability and lead times are subject to confirmation;
  • A quotation does not reserve production capacity unless expressly stated.

6. Formation of an Order

An order becomes binding only when:

  1. The product and commercial details have been confirmed;
  2. Anxing issues an accepted quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or order confirmation; and
  3. The required deposit or payment has been received.

Website forms, messages, informal discussions and preliminary quotations do not create a binding sales contract.

7. Order Document Priority

If documents conflict, the following order of priority applies unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  1. Signed sales contract;
  2. Accepted pro forma invoice or order confirmation;
  3. Confirmed technical specification or configuration list;
  4. These Terms;
  5. General website content.

A transaction-specific signed agreement takes priority over these website Terms.

8. Product Specifications and Configuration

The buyer is responsible for reviewing and confirming:

  • Model and rated capacity;
  • Load center;
  • Working range;
  • Engine, battery or power system;
  • Mast, cabin or platform;
  • Tires and wheels;
  • Forks, buckets and attachments;
  • Dimensions and operating weight;
  • Voltage and charger requirements;
  • Branding, labels and manuals;
  • Packing and shipping marks;
  • Required certificates and documents.

Changes requested after confirmation may affect price, lead time, compatibility and production status.

9. Prices, Taxes and Charges

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Prices exclude import duties, destination taxes, customs charges and local fees;
  • The buyer is responsible for taxes and charges payable outside China;
  • Bank charges are allocated as stated in the quotation or contract;
  • Freight, insurance and local delivery are included only when expressly stated;
  • The applicable currency is the currency shown in the commercial document.

10. Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.

Anxing may suspend procurement, production, inspection, documentation or shipment if payment is late or incomplete.

The buyer must verify bank-account information through an established Anxing contact before making payment. Anxing is not responsible for funds sent to an account that was not confirmed through authorized communication channels.

11. Production and Lead Time

Production or order preparation normally begins after:

  • Receipt of the required payment;
  • Confirmation of technical specifications;
  • Approval of artwork or branding where applicable;
  • Receipt of necessary buyer information.

Lead times are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in a signed contract.

Delays may result from customization, supplier availability, inspections, holidays, regulatory changes, shipping schedules or events beyond reasonable control.

12. Inspection and Order Evidence

Inspection requirements must be agreed before order confirmation.

Depending on the order, evidence may include:

  • Product photos;
  • Configuration photos;
  • Nameplate or label photos;
  • Functional checks;
  • Packing photos;
  • Loading photos;
  • Third-party inspection reports.

Third-party inspections are subject to the agreed scope, availability and cost. An inspection does not expand the contractual warranty unless expressly stated.

13. Packing and Shipping

Packing methods depend on the product, configuration, shipping route and agreed order requirements.

Shipping terms, delivery obligations, cost allocation and transfer of risk will be determined by the term stated in the quotation or sales contract.

Production completion, dispatch date, vessel schedule, port arrival, customs clearance and final delivery are separate stages. Carrier, port, customs and destination delays may be outside Anxing’s control.

14. Risk and Title

Risk transfers according to the agreed delivery term or sales contract.

Ownership of goods does not transfer until Anxing has received full payment, unless mandatory law or the signed contract provides otherwise.

15. Buyer Inspection and Claims

The buyer should inspect the shipment promptly after receipt.

Claims relating to:

  • Quantity;
  • Visible damage;
  • Packing;
  • Missing items;
  • Incorrect configuration;

must be submitted within the period stated in the sales contract or, if no period is stated, within a reasonable time after delivery.

Claims should include:

  • Order reference;
  • Product model and serial number;
  • Nameplate photo;
  • Photos or videos of the complete product;
  • Close-up evidence of the issue;
  • Packing and shipping condition;
  • A clear description of the requested resolution.

Failure to preserve evidence may limit our ability to investigate a claim.

16. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Warranty coverage is determined by the transaction-specific warranty terms, product, configuration and order documents.

Unless expressly agreed, warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear;
  • Consumable parts;
  • Improper operation;
  • Overloading;
  • Unauthorized modification;
  • Incorrect maintenance;
  • Accident or external damage;
  • Unsuitable fuel, oil, charging voltage or electrical supply;
  • Damage caused by non-approved attachments;
  • Transport or storage damage occurring after risk has transferred.

Before replacing parts or carrying out repairs, the buyer should obtain instructions from Anxing where warranty coverage is requested.

17. Cancellations, Changes and Returns

Orders are manufactured or prepared according to confirmed requirements.

A cancellation or material change may be refused after procurement or production begins. If accepted, the buyer may be responsible for:

  • Completed work;
  • Purchased materials;
  • Customized components;
  • Artwork or branding expenses;
  • Restocking;
  • Repacking;
  • Bank charges;

The buyer is responsible for:

  • Selecting equipment suitable for the intended use;
  • Confirming local import and registration requirements;
  • Confirming local safety, emission and product rules;
  • Obtaining permits and approvals not expressly assigned to Anxing;
  • Providing trained operators;
  • Following manuals, labels and safety instructions;
  • Performing maintenance and inspections;
  • Using suitable fuel, oil, electricity and charging systems;
  • Preventing unauthorized or unsafe use.

19. Intellectual Property

Website content—including text, photographs, graphics, videos, layouts, product drawings, logos and downloadable materials—is owned by or licensed to Anxing.

You may view and download materials for legitimate internal purchasing evaluation.

You may not, without written permission:

  • Republish website content;

By submitting specifications, logos, artwork, photos or other files, you confirm that:

  • You have authority to submit them;
  • Their use will not infringe third-party rights;

Anxing does not control third-party content, availability, security, privacy practices or terms.

23. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and its general content are provided on an “as available” basis.

Anxing does not warrant that:

  • The website will always be uninterrupted or error-free;
  • Every product shown is immediately available;
  • Every specification applies to every configuration;
  • Every document or certificate is available for every destination;
  • Website content alone is sufficient for a purchasing decision.

Confirmed order documents should always be used for final purchasing decisions.

24. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Anxing will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from website use, including:

  • Loss of profit;
  • Loss of business opportunity;
  • Loss of data;
  • Production interruption;
  • Reliance on unconfirmed website specifications.

For claims arising from a product order, liability will be determined by the applicable sales contract. Where no different limitation is agreed, Anxing’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific goods giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Anxing against claims, losses or reasonable costs arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the website;
  • False information submitted by you;
  • Infringement caused by buyer-provided artwork or materials;

Unless a signed sales contract provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent court at Anxing’s registered place of business, unless the parties have agreed in writing to arbitration or another forum.

28. Changes to These Terms

Anxing may update these Terms to reflect changes in the website, products, business practices or legal requirements.

The latest version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued website use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

29. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Failure to enforce a provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
