What to Confirm Before Packing Begins
Provide the shipping and document instructions as early as possible. Changes to the consignee, labels, shipping marks or packing method after packing has started may affect cost and dispatch timing.

What information should I provide for shipment planning?
Send the destination country and port, final delivery city if applicable, preferred shipping terms and transport method, consignee requirements, and any forwarder information already available.
Can Anxing provide packing or loading photos?
Packing and loading records can be included when agreed before the order is confirmed. The available records depend on the equipment, packing method, loading arrangement and confirmed order scope.
What information is required for a freight estimate?
We need the machine model, configuration, quantity, packing basis, destination and preferred shipping method. Any estimate may change if the equipment configuration, package dimensions, transport route or carrier charges change.
How is the expected delivery schedule determined?
We can provide an estimated production and dispatch schedule after the order requirements are confirmed. Sailing schedules, carrier availability, port handling, customs clearance and final delivery are subject to external conditions and may change.
