Common Applications for Electric Forklifts

Explore typical use cases for this product range. Anxing can match the model and configuration to your actual task, access, surface and workload.

Warehouse Pallet Transport and Rack Stacking application

Warehouse Pallet Transport and Rack Stacking

Consider electric forklifts for moving palletised loads between receiving, storage, staging and dispatch areas. Confirm the heaviest load, pallet depth, rack height, right-angle stacking aisle, doorway clearance, floor condition and daily travel demand.

Production and Assembly Material Flow application

Production and Assembly Material Flow

Evaluate an electric forklift for supplying production lines, moving components or finished goods and handling pallets between process areas. Check load stability, route width, pedestrian interaction, floor condition, shift pattern and the required attachment.

Loading Docks and Trailer Interface application

Loading Docks and Trailer Interface

For dock and trailer work, review trailer entrance height, mast lowered height, free lift, dock condition, floor loading, pallet weight and the transition between the dock plate and travel route. Confirm the final mast and tyre configuration before quotation.

Electric Forklifts FAQs

Our answers cover common selection, specification and ordering questions. Model-specific values and commercial terms will be confirmed in the quotation.

Ask Anxing
What information is needed to select an electric forklift?

Start with the maximum and typical load weight, load dimensions and load centre, required lift height, lowest overhead clearance, narrowest aisle and doorway, floor and gradient conditions, daily hours, charging window, site power supply, attachment needs, quantity and destination. Unknown details can be confirmed after the initial inquiry.

How should I compare electric forklift capacity?

Compare capacity at the same load centre and configuration. The actual load dimensions, lift height, mast, fork length and any attachment can affect the available capacity, so confirm the selected truck against its nameplate and load chart.

How much aisle width does an electric forklift need?

There is no single aisle figure for the whole category. Required space depends on the truck's right-angle stacking specification, the load or pallet length, rack layout and operating clearance. Send the narrowest aisle and load dimensions so the selected model can be checked.

Which battery and charger should I request?

The suitable power-system configuration depends on daily hours, shifts, travel demand, charging windows and the electrical supply available at the site. Confirm battery chemistry, voltage, capacity, charger input and the agreed charging arrangement for the exact model in the quotation.

Can an electric forklift work outdoors?

Outdoor suitability is configuration- and site-dependent. Provide the surface, gradients, water or dust exposure, temperature, travel distance and tyre requirement. The selected model and protection configuration must be reviewed for those conditions before ordering.
