Platform height is the maximum height of the platform floor. Working height normally includes an additional allowance for the operator’s reach. Buyers should confirm which measurement is shown in each specification sheet.

Electric models are commonly used indoors and on firm, level surfaces because of their low noise and lack of operating exhaust. Diesel or rough-terrain models are better suited to demanding outdoor environments.

A self-propelled model can drive using controls on the platform or machine. A basic mobile or push-around model must be repositioned manually or by towing when fully lowered.

Some models can work outdoors on firm, level surfaces within their specified wind, slope and ground limits. Rough, muddy or steep sites require equipment specifically designed for those conditions.

Provide the required working height, platform capacity, indoor or outdoor use, ground condition, doorway or aisle restrictions, power preference, order quantity and destination country.
